All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Confirmed Priority Mail within 24-48 hours of receipt.  If you require 2nd Day or Next Day Shipping, please let us know.  You'll be billed the actual shipping amount over our standard shipping charge.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with each and every purchase.  All items except Clearance Merchandise may be returned for a full refund, less shipping charge, within 14 days (2 weeks) from ship date.  Item must be unworn, unused and in original condition it was received.  Worn or used merchandise cannot be returned.  All Clearance items are final sales.  We would appreciate you contacting us via email or phone before returning merchandise.

Good Will Policy

We appreciate each and every one of our customers and the fact that you chose to shop with us.  Occasionally you may want an item that we do not offer.  Like the Macy's Santa Claus in our favorite Christmas movie"Miracle On 34th Street" (who referred customers to Gimball's when Macy's didn't have exactly what the customer wanted), we try to do the same for you, even if it means sending you to another online flamingo website.  So don't hesitate to ask - we want you to be happy!
